Messaging Features to Digital Wallet App – One of the optimum decisions ever made by Paytm

Paytm, the India’s most hearty loved app stepped its foot in the digital wallet at first. And now in Messaging Features that had wafted Indian market bringing most of the features in a single app. Started by an Online Recharge service, the company had already left its footprints in numerous services like Online bookings, Digital Wallets, Payments bank and not messaging. Today, Millions of people use Paytm for a wide variety of payment maybe online or offline. Here, furthermore payments Paytm people also like to communicate with each other. Deteriorating time opening other application for texting, this all in one feature is worth helping people redeeming services and chatting in one single app which made people respect Paytm a bit more.

The Company, which is preceded by Alibaba and amongst others, is fortifying its product and services with social features to give it a bonus towards messaging apps in India that are more and more impinging on its territory by introducing fee features of their very own. Now Paytm has come up with a feature called Inbox which allows users to chat with friends, play games and even share their location without leaving the app. The feature is already vigorous on Paytm digital wallet and e-commerce app for Android users who have modernized their version of Android. This feature will be available on the iOS app soon. (I hope so). Finding Inbox is not going to be challenging. It is placed on the lower right corner of the home page right after the Bank option.

Some Key Features of this new plugin are:

Chat on the go, the first and foremost is the option to carry out one-to-one and group chats on Paytm.

Recall messages, to make the feature more enticing. Paytm has added the option to recall messages in case they have been accidentally sent to another person or if there was a mistake in the message and the sender wants to correct it. This is only to avoid confusions between the recipients.

Beyond chats, inbox comes with all the bells and whistles of a social messenger app. So, users can not only chat with their friends but can also send photos and videos from the gallery app. They can also use the built-in capture to shoot new photos.

Send/request money while chatting, Users can now send or request money from their Paytm contact during an ongoing chat by tapping on the “send money” or “request money” icon within a chat.

Is the Messaging Feature to the Digital Wallet App Necessary:

As per me, I think the future Paytm has hosted is going to be one of the optimum decisions ever made by Paytm. You don’t have to switch between the apps asking your friends how much money they want as Paytm, for instance. Simple, graft your finger to Inbox and start asking. There is another great feature for game lovers. It allows users to play games within the app, same as like Facebook Messenger and Hike introduced earlier. Honest opinion, I’ve already started using it and you should too. This makes our service and social experience even better.
